HELP with Netscape 7- Go to Top Menu Bar in open Brower - Click on HELP (top right)- Help and Support Center - Creating Webpages

  1. Open Netscape 7 (icon will say 7.0 version). You may also download if you do not have. Netscape 4.0 versions and Netscape 7 will workwith the "publish" feature of WebMCK12.

  2. Type in your web address. Have your username and password close by.

  3. Go to page you want to edit. CLICK in the righthand frame (you have to tell Netscape which "side" of your website you want to edit

  4. Go to FILE --> Edit Page - This will open Netscape Composer the HTML Editor we use.


  5. Make changes to your web page in Composer. Then press PUBLISH on the menu bar (this will be grayed out until you type in a change).


  6. Once you press Publish you will be prompted for username and password


  7. Once you Publish your page - Please remember to RELOAD to see new changes.
